Flexible Time Off (FTO)

US Exempt (Salaried) Full Time FTO

With the team member manager’s support and while ensuring that all performance outcomes and results are met, eligible team members are encouraged to take time off as needed to recharge, promote work-life balance and ensure they are at their very best to deliver outstanding results. With the FTO policy, there is no accrual and no balance.
