Voluntary Benefits<\/h1>\n

Enhance your coverage and customize your benefits with our voluntary options. These additional benefits allow you to choose coverage that fits your unique needs, giving you extra protection and peace of mind.<\/p>\n

You are responsible for the cost of coverage. Premiums may be deducted from payroll.<\/p>\n

Accident Insurance (Cigna)<\/h2>\n

Accidents can happen at any time. Accident insurance pays a cash benefit to help cover expenses related to unexpected accidents and injuries. This plan helps you cover deductibles and medical expenses. You can choose from two plan options: a Low Plan and a High Plan.<\/p>\n

Critical Illness\/Cancer Insurance (Cigna)<\/h2>\n

Are you protected if you experience a critical illness? Critical Illness insurance helps pay for expenses related to the diagnosis of a critical illness such as a heart attack, coma, kidney failure, or stroke. This coverage pays in addition to your medical plan and benefits are payable regardless of other insurance plans.<\/p>\n

The benefit amount is determined by the type of illness and is paid in a lump sum amount. No health questions are required, but a pre-existing condition clause may apply. Coverage is available for you and your eligible dependents.<\/p>\n

Hospital Confinement Indemnity Insurance (Cigna)<\/h2>\n

An unexpected hospital stay can be expensive, even with medical insurance. Hospital Confinement Indemnity Insurance helps pay for expenses and bills related to being admitted or confined in a hospital. Benefits are paid directly to you and the funds can be used as you see fit. You can choose from 2 plan options: a Low Plan and a High Plan.<\/p>\n

No health questions are required, but a pre-existing condition clause may apply. Coverage is available for you and your eligible dependents.<\/p>\n

Universal Life<\/h2>\n

The universal life insurance plan, through Transamerica allows team members and their eligible dependents to purchase additional life insurance. Team members can elect coverage up to $150,000, not exceeding five times their salary. Spouses can purchase coverage of up to $15,000 and children up to $20,000. These are individual policies that you can take with you if you leave iHerb. <\/a><\/a>Identity Theft Coverage \u2013 Keep Your Privacy Intact<\/h2>\n

Receive the tools, resources, and guidance you need to help you identify, mitigate, or respond to identity theft. The Identity Theft program, through Cigna, provides access to personal case managers who offer step-by-step assistance and guidance if you experience identity theft. You receive credit monitoring, credit card fraud assistance, and help with emergency travel arrangements.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Legal Plan<\/h2>\n

The legal services plan through MetLife offers participants and their eligible dependents access to legal advice and services from a nationwide network of attorneys with coverage for many personal legal issues. Services include telephone advice and office consultations on an unlimited number of legal matters, in addition to full representation for covered matters. The legal plan is available for $21.00\/month after tax.\u00a0<\/p>\n
