During Open Enrollment you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add or remove dependents<\/li>\n<li>Switch your benefit plans<\/li>\n<li>Apply for voluntary benefits<\/li>\n<li>Elect FSA contributions (contributions do not automatically rollover)<\/li>\n<li>Elect HSA contributions\u00a0(contributions do not automatically rollover)<\/li>\n<li>Verify and update your beneficiaries (available year-round)<\/li>\n<li>Verify and update your contact information (available year-round)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What&#8217;s New &amp; Changing in 2024<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>New medical plan names: \u201cConsumer Choice\u201d (formerly HDHP), \u201cTraditional\u201d (formerly PPO), and \u201cNetwork\u201d (formerly HMO).<\/li>\n<li>Due to IRS legislative changes, the embedded family deductible for each individual under the family medical plan has increased from $3,000 to $3,200 for the Consumer Choice (formerly HDHP) plan only.<\/li>\n<li>Addition of postpartum maternity services to the current Blue Shield \/ Maven maternity program, at no cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to Enroll or Make Changes<\/h2>\n<p>Follow these steps to enroll in or make changes to your benefits.<\/p>\n<h3>1. In addition, you will find the <a href=\"https:\/\/iherbbenefits.com\/index.php\/faq\/\">2024 Open Enrollment FAQs<\/a>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Read your benefits guide:<\/strong>\u00a0The benefit guides are your first step toward understanding the valuable benefits available to you. Use your guide to compare plan options and evaluate costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Determine Your Needs<\/h3>\n<p>Take time to consider your past expenses to help you estimate the amount of health care you will require in the upcoming year.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Enroll Online<\/h3>\n<p>Log into <a href=\"https:\/\/iherb.okta.com\/app\/workday\/exk1l4hcc3v1QtLPl0h8\/sso\/saml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Workday<\/a> to enroll in or make changes to your benefits.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>4. Confirm Your Elections<\/h3>\n<p>Review your confirmation statement to make sure your benefits and dependent information are correct.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Others<\/h3>\n<p>If you enroll your spouse\/registered domestic partner in one of iHerb\u2019s medical plans, there is an automatic surcharge of $100 per month. A Spousal Affidavit form must be completed every year and when there is a change in your spouse\u2019s benefit eligibility during the year. Annual re-certification required.
